At Impressions Vanity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your vanity items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
